Wie immer der Start an der 🚏🚊 Straßenbahnhaltestelle Alte Feuerwache (🥱 06:54 Uhr) und an der Neckarpromenade zum Haupteingang vom Universitätsklinikum Mannheim (UMM) 🏥 um 07:11 Uhr mit der Kapelle 🕯/WC 🚾/Strahlentherapie ⚛️/Kapelle ✝️ bis 07:51 Uhr. Wieder am herbstlichen 🌳🌲🍁🍂🍃🪾 Theodor-Kutzer-Ufer durch die Neckarstadt-Ost/Wohlgelegen und an der linken Seite der Waldhofstraße in der Neckarstadt-West. Durch Lutzenberg/Waldhof bis Sandhofen zum Lilienthal Center um 09:38 Uhr mit Lotto 🎰🟨/Apotheke💊(💊)/Bäckerei Görtz ☕️🍰 bis 09:58 Uhr. Über den Viernheimer Weg in die Schönau nach Hause um 10:31 Uhr (...leider erst Mal etwas 😴).

_heute den Schlaf 🛌 doch etwas mehr eingenickt 😴, obwohl die kleine Wanderung über das Lilienthal Center gut war (...auch der kalorienarme 😂 & zuckerfrei 😁 Kuchen 🍰 samt Café ☕️ schön war 🤭😋🤗), bin ich zu Hause erstmal eingenickt 😴😇 und nach dem Einkaufen beim LIDL danach wieder zu Hause eingenickt 🥱😴 – kann ich halt nicht ändern, aber das kommt halt von der Bestrahlung 😷🤯☢️ und Morgen ist erst mal der Wecker ⏰️ aus 🔕 und was ich am Sonntag mache, noch keine Ahnung 🤔🤫🫣. In der KW 49 liegt die „letzte Woche“ der Bestrahlung 🥱😷🤯🧠⚛️ noch vor mir... 🫣🤐🫩😴

_auch sehe ich viele Sendungen 📺, auch Nachmittag nicht in der gesammten Zeit 🕛, entweder ich nicke nur kurz 🥱🥱😴 ein oder doch länger 🥱😴😴 und bei vielen Filmen bekomme ich die Auflösung 🫣🤭 oder das Ende vom Film garnicht mehr mit.... 😴😴🤔🤔🤫🤫🥱🥱 ➡ 🥱🛌😴.....

As always, the start was at the 🚏🚊 Tram stop Alte Feuerwache (Old fire station) (🥱 06:54 a. m. clock) and on the Neckar promenade to the Main entrance of the University Medical Center Mannheim (UMM) 🏥 at 07:11 a. m. clock with the Chapel 🕯/Restroom 🚾/Radiotherapy ⚛️/Chapel ✝️ until 07:51 a. m. clock. Back at the autumnal 🌳🌲🍁🍂🍃🪾 Theodor-Kutzer-Ufer through Neckarstadt-Ost/Wohlgelegen and on the left side of Waldhofstreet in Neckarstadt-West. Through Lutzenberg/Waldhof to Sandhofen to the Lilienthal Center (Centre) at 09:38 a. m. clock with Lottery 🎰🟨/Pharmacy💊(💊)/Bakery Görtz ☕️🍰 until 09:58 a. m. clock. Via Viernheimer Way to Schönau and home at 10:31 a. m. clock (...unfortunately a bit 😴 for now).

_today I slept a little longer 🛌 and dozed off a bit more 😴, even though the short hike through the Lilienthal Center was good (...as was the low-calorie 😂 & sugar-free 😁 cake 🍰 and coffee ☕️ were nice 🤭😋🤗), I dozed off at home 😴😇 and after shopping at LIDL, I dozed off again at home 🥱😴 – I can't help it, but that's just because of the radiation therapy 😷🤯☢️ and tomorrow, the alarm clock ⏰️ is off 🔕 and I have no idea what I'll do on Sunday 🤔🤫🫣. In calendar week 49, the “last week” of radiation therapy 🥱😷🤯🧠⚛️ is still ahead of me... 🫣🤐🫩😴

_i also watch a lot of TV 📺, even in the afternoon, not all the time 🕛, either I just nod off briefly 🥱🥱😴 or for longer 🥱😴😴, and with many films I don't get the resolution 🫣🤭 or the end of the film at all.... 😴😴🤔🤔🤫🤫🥱🥱 ➡ 🥱🛌😴.....

Ich gebe es mal etwas kleinlaut zu 🤭🫣 – aber hole mir nicht nur Kraft 💪 in der Kapelle 🕯✝️ sondern ich beginne schon nach 1 bis 2 Minuten mit dem einnicken 🥱😴🤫 und entweder ich mache dann Fotos 🤳🏻 mit dem Smartphone 📱 oder ich muss dann die kleine Wanderung 👣 anfangen, denn sonst...😴😴😴 (So ist auch das Foto mal als etwas „experimentell“ entstanden um 07:48 Uhr) / I admit it somewhat sheepishly 🤭🫣 – but I don't just get strength 💪 in the Chapel 🕯 ✝️ but after 1 or 2 minutes I start nodding off 🥱😴🤫 and then I either take photos 🤳🏻 with my smartphone 📱 or I have to start the little hike 👣, because otherwise...😴😴😴  (The photo was also taken somewhat “experimentally” at 07:48 a. m. clock)
