12.08.2013 Bangkok-Samphanthawong (เขตสัมพันธวงศ์) - Impressionen von dem Wat Traimit Withayaram Worawihan (วัดไตรมิตรวิทยารามวรวิหาร) im Google Album: Der letzte volle Urlaubstag lag heute vor mir..... Heute wollte ich dann doch zum Wat Traimit Withayaram Worawihan  (วัดไตรมิตรวิทยารามวรวิหาร) um den Goldenen Buddha zu bewundern. Da das Wetter heute wieder sehr unerbittlich war: 34°C | mäßig bewölkt | sehr sonnig | leichter Wind | Luftfeuchtigkeit 62% habe ich mich entschlossen nicht den kompletten Weg zu Fuß zurück zu legen. Zu Fuß zur MRT Station Sukhumvit und dann zur MRT Station Lamphong zu fahren, die liegt in unmittelbarer nähe des Tempels. Wat Traimit (วัดไตรมิตร) vollständiger Name: Wat Traimit Withayaram Worawihan (วัดไตรมิตรวิทยารามวรวิหาร) auch als „Tempel des Goldenen Buddha“ bekannt, ist ein buddhistischer Tempel (Wat) im Bezirk Samphan Thawong in Bangkok. Er ist ein Königlicher Tempel Zweiter Klasse. Wat Traimit liegt in der Nähe des Hauptbah...

Die goldenen Zeiten vom Golden Chain Hotel (โรงแรม โกลเด้น เชน) in Bangkok's Chinatown ist schon laaaaange vorbei. War mir aber 2 Fotos wert... 05.08.2013 Bangkok-Samphanthawong (เขตสัมพันธวงศ์) - Ganz kleine Impressionen aus dem China Town Stadtteil: Kleine Impressionen aus dem Chinatown Viertel in Bangkok ..... .....ich habe es nicht bereut. Ein quirliges Viertel mit teilweise sehr engen Straßen und dann doch einer Menschenmenge, der ich zwar aus dem Weg gehen wollte - aber na ja. Bin halt nicht alleine in Bangkok Der Weg ging vom  Si Phraya Ferry Pier (ท่าเรือข้ามฟากสี่พระยา) durch das Chinatown viertel bis zur MRT Station Hua Lamphong (หัวลำโพง). A lively quarter with partly very narrow streets and then still a crowd of people, which I wanted to avoid - but well. I am not alone in Bangk...

05.08.2013 Bangkok-Samphanthawong (เขตสัมพันธวงศ์) - Ein kleines Google Album von dem Wat Pathum Khongkha (วัดปทุมคงคาราชวรวิหาร): Nachdem die Kirche leider verschlossen war, war ich um mein „Seelenheil" schon ein wenig besorgt. Also kam ich um einen Besuch des Wat Pathumkhongkha Ratchaworawiharn (วัดปทุมคงคาราชวรวิหาร) nicht herum. Auch wenn ich nur den Außenbereich sehen konnte war der Tempel schon beeindruckend. Hätte ich am Chinatown Viertel garantiert nicht erwartet. So I could not avoid a visit of Wat Pathumkhongkha Ratchaworawiharn (วัดปทุมคงคาราชวรวิหาร) . Even if I could only see the outside area the temple was impressive.
