18.10.2023 Worms [vɔʁms, im Dialekt vɔms] (lat. Wormatia, Borbetomagus oder Civitas Vangionum; auch Worms am Rhein; abgekürzt Worms/Rh.; inoffiziell Nibelungenstadt) - Nachlese:

Die letzten Bilder aus der Tour mit Sabine am Mittwoch in Worms:

Die ersten drei Bilder sind noch aus dem Wormser Stadtteil Herrnsheim, zwischen dem Herrnsheimer Schlosspark mit dem Schloss und dem Storchentum am Sportplatz SG Eintracht Herrnsheim und dem Spielplatz Herrnsheim. Danach sind wir mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz Festplatz oder besser Rheinpromenade gefahren und ein kleines Stück am Rhein in Richtung Altstadt mit der Stadtmauer, die Kleine Affengasse habe ich fotografiert (Foto 11 & 12), leider ist das Straßenschild aber nicht so zum Tragen gekommen…😁😂😅  zum Wormser Dom (Dom St. Peter zu Worms) geloffe (also gelaufen), muss zugeben das ich zuerst nicht vorhatte den Dom von innen zu sehen, aber bin dann doch im wahrsten sinne durch den Dom gelaufen und war doch etwas beeindruckt wie imposant.

Die Mittagsrast war in der (Werbung ein:😋Nordsee 🐠🍴 und den Caffè 🍰☕ hinterher im gegenüberliegenden Tchibo (Werbung aus...😅).

Es gibt keine GPS-Aufzeichnung, aber meine Uhr zeigte mit zuhause 👣22179 Schritte mit etwa 13 km gehen. Danke @Sabine fürs Autofahren und den schönen Tag in einer interessanten Stadt mit schönen Ausflugspunkten und danke 👉@Peter Pielmeiers Foto Blog das ich mal endlich wusste das es ein Schloss, samt Schlosspark in Worms gibt…..

The last pictures from the tour with Sabine on Wednesday in Worms:

The first three pictures are still from the Worms district of Herrnsheim, between the Herrnsheim castle park with the castle and the Storchenturm (Tower) at the SG Eintracht Herrnsheim sports field and the Herrnsheim playground. Then we drove by car to the Festplatz car park or better the Rheinpromenade (Rhine promenade) and walked a short distance along the Rhine towards the old town with the town wall, I photographed the Kleine Affengasse (photo 11 & 12), but unfortunately the street sign did not come into play...😁😂😅 to Worms Cathedral (St. Peter's Cathedral in Worms), I must admit that at first I did not intend to see the cathedral from the inside, but then I walked through the cathedral in the true sense of the word and was somewhat impressed by how imposing it was.

The lunch stop was in the Nordsee (Sea food restaurant) 🐠🍴 and the Caffè 🍰☕ afterwards in the Tchibo opposite.

There is no GPS recording but my watch showed 👣22179 steps with about 13 km/8,1 miles walking at home. Thank you @Sabine for the drive and the beautiful day in an interesting city with beautiful excursion points and thank you 👉@Peter Pielmeiers Foto Blog that I finally knew that there is a castle, including castle park in Worms.....
