Die Nachbearbeitung der Tour nach 8 Jahren mit den „einfachen“ Gedanken, wo waren wir denn? wo ist der Tempel? wo waren die Höhlen? war schwerer als Gedacht. Es gibt in und um Chumphon zahlreiche interessante Höhlen und eine Menge Tempel. Also war mein erster Gedanke Google zu bemühen, mal was zu suchen: Höhle in Chumphon mit Tempelanlage, eine große Buddha Statue usw..... ohhh je zahlreiche Treffer - aber nix was mir weiter hilft. Aber dann bin ich zufällig auf eine ganz interessante Webseite in Blogger gestoßen - Wow cool:

Nach einigen Suchen die ersten Treffer von unserer Tour gefunden. Ok jetzt waren einige Punkte bekannt, jetzt fehlte noch der Zeitplan um überhaupt mal die Tour nachzuvollziehen und die Tour Route in Gedanken zu zuordnen. Also am Strand angefangen (1) und den Pier (2) habe ich dann schon gewusst und das Wat (3), großen Buddha (4) auf der Bloggerseite Chumphon Places (endlich) gefunden.
Dann angefangen bestimmte Orte und Routen im 3D Modus in Google Maps anzuschauen und Straßen entlang zu „fahren“ - ahh ok das kenne ich alles nicht, finde auch kein passendes Foto. Mist - also andere Straße.... ja, kenne ich irgendwie, mhhh kommt mit bekannt vor jaaaa, da ist ein Foto gemacht cool und wieder einen Punkt entdeckt. So habe ich über mehrere Stunden und Tage lang (Urlaub sei Dank... 🤭 😃 😅) alle Punkte der Tour wiederentdeckt.....
Auch die Idee thailändische Schriftzeichen mit der Google Übersetzter App vom Bildschirm auf dem Smartphone zu übersetzten war zwar eine gute Idee - hatte aber nicht den gewünschten Erfolg.
Leider habe ich festgestellt das viele, sehr viele Fotos keine sehr gute bis schlechte Qualität haben, trotzdem haben es 121 Fotos ins Google Album gefunden (und eines ist vom ©Frank).

The reworking of the tour after 8 years with the "simple" thoughts, where were we? where is the temple? where were the caves? was harder than I thought.. There are many interesting caves and temples in and around Chumphon. So my first thought was to try Google to find something: Cave in Chumphon with temple, a big Buddha statue etc.... ohhhh ever numerous hits - but nothing that helps me. But then I accidentally found an interesting website in Blogger - Wow cool:

After some searches the first hits from our tour found. Ok now some points were known, now the schedule was still missing to follow the tour at all and to assign the tour route in thoughts. So I started at the beach (1) and the pier (2) and found the Wat (3), big Buddha (4) on the blogger page Chumphon Places (finally).

Then I started to look at certain places and routes in 3D mode in Google Maps and "drive" along streets - ah ok I don't know all that, I can't find a suitable photo. Ok - so another street... yeah, I know it somehow, comes with familiar yeah, a photo taken is cool and again a point discovered. So I have rediscovered all points of the tour for several hours and days (thanks to holidays... 🤭 😃 😅)....
Also the idea to translate Thai characters from the screen on the smartphone with the Google Translated App was a good idea - but it didn't have the desired success.
Unfortunately I found out that many, very many photos are not of very good or bad quality, nevertheless 121 photos found their way into the Google Album (and one is from ©Frank).
